YOUR ROLE

You will be part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver best-in-class media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.

  • End to end execute digital campaigns: incl. campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.

  • Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance via analyzing, tracking and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis.

  • Have full responsibility for campaign reporting, present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.

  • Stay ahead of DSP / Platform updates, bugs, trainings; and raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.

  • Work closely in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists to enable and deliver a consumer centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

  • Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience with digital campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting, in DSPs such as The Trade Desk or DV360

  • Preferably you have some experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies.

  • You have completed an apprenticeship and/or a study background in media or a related field

  • You are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, analytical.

  • You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus

  • It is a plus if you have experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flash talking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR)

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Package

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Responsibilities as of Day 1 – You will have total ownership of your projects from the beginning; regularly implementing campaigns, optimizing and troubleshooting, and presenting your results.

  • Head Office Location: This role is based in our Germany Head Office in Schwalbach, which is an easy 15min commute from Frankfurt city center by car or 30min with a regular train connection and free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on-site parking, on-site discounted Coffee bars and a restaurant as well as employee gym facility.

  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our media team spends 3 days of their week collaborating together in our office or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.
