YOUR ROLE
As an HR Manager in Employee & Labor Relations, you will play a strategic role in enabling superior employee experience to our people. Your role will involve working closely with HR colleagues across 10 German sites to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive work environment and establish the systems necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Autonomously lead implementation of corporate HR projects e.g. on policies or benefits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders including works councils.
Establish and continuously improve HR guidelines to enable the effective operational work of HR business partners, e.g. empowering HR team members in resolving employee inquiries effectively.
Ensure compliance of HR systems and processes through health checks on legal requirements and business needs.

Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
Strong academic results in a HR-related Master's or Bachelor's degree.
Ideally with experience in a specific HR area (e.g. design thinking, organizational development, recruiting, employment law) through an internship or previous employment.
Passionate about HR and organizational challenges, as well as analyzing these to develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different communication styles according to the situation and the person facing you.
Autonomous working, leadership and prioritization skills while demonstrating flexibility and agility in your day-to-day work.
Strong English and German language skills (min. C1// native or bilingual level).
