YOUR ROLE

Are you energized by solving tough business problems? Are you curious and creative with a bias towards action? If so, then a role in the Analytics & Insights (A&I) organization is for you!

The Analytics & Insights organization creates a point of difference for P&G. We directly influence business strategies, via deep consumer, retailer, and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science.

The A&I team is responsible for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will dive into the powerful depth of market research and business science in one of these markets to understand consumer and market trends and how to best respond to them.

One day you could be exploring human decision-making & how the brain works and another you could be deep diving into big data sets to spot patterns and create insights to shape P&G business strategies.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have or will have completed a university degree (bachelor’s, master’s degree or a PhD) with strong academic results before starting with us.

  • You are a strong leader who can envision new "ways to win", show initiative, set direction, and engage others, and you are eager to work in teams.

  • You bring a passion for consumer insight development whether derived from data or by communicating with and learning from consumers and find creative solutions to challenging business issues.

  • You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).

You probably have an even better chance if you have:

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to code with e.g. Python or R, and you are able to simplify and effectively communicate complex insights to influence across levels and functions

  • Completed projects using business intelligence tools like Power BI, Spotfire, or Tableau.

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
