The Analytics & Insights organization creates a point of difference for P&G. We directly influence business strategies, via deep consumer, retailer, and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science.

The A&I team is responsible for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be working on a real business challenge, with the guidance of an experienced A&I manager and a fun and diverse team around you.

Successful interns get the chance to receive a full-time employment offer to start after their studies with diverse career perspectives.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of (Bachelor-) studies completed and strong academic results.

  • You are available for a duration of at least 3 months.

  • You can communicate proficiently in English and well in German (written and spoken).

  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for consumer understanding.

You probably have an even better chance if you have:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Previous work experience with a variety of data sources as well as with tools like SQL, Python, R, Matlab, SPSS, SAS and/or JMP.

  • Completed projects using business intelligence tools like Power BI, Spotfire, or Tableau.
