Your opportunity: As a MES Functional Leads you will utilize your technical expertise to design and implement MES systems tailored to the unique requirements of manufacturing operations. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, configure software, and seamlessly integrate the system with existing production processes. You will also configure MES applications based on specific plant needs, including configuring workflows, defining production processes, and setting up user interfaces. Through continuous optimization, you enhance the production process, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. What you\'ll be doing: Understanding of Quality Metrics: Familiarity with key quality metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as defect rates, yield, and scrap rates. Knowledge of Quality Tools: Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Experience with Quality Standards: In-depth knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations. Experience in Quality Systems: Hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS) and their integration with MES. Inspection and Testing: Knowledge of inspection techniques, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes within manufacturing. Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality. Experience with Quality Analytics Tools: Familiarity with software and tools used for quality data analysis and reporting. Quality Improvement Focus on Continuous Improvement: Strong commitment to continuous quality improvement and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance product quality. Change Management in Quality: Ability to lead and manage changes in quality processes and systems effectively.
