Experience General Summary: Greenheck Group is adding a Director of Total Rewards to join the Human Resources team. As the Director of Total Rewards, you will lead the development and implementation of the organization\'s total rewards strategy, including compensation, health and welfare benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will serve as a leader in enhancing Greenheck Group\'s total rewards programs through progressive benefits and compensation strategies, to position Greenheck Group as an employer choice while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion.
