We are looking for the Corporate Travel Office Manager to join our HQ in Schindellegi.

Your Role

We are looking Corporate Travel Office Manager to join our Corporate Travel Office team. You will be responsible Lead of the in-house travel agency; strategic and operational management including staff management of the teams in Schindellegi and Belgrade.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead of the in-house travel agency; strategic and operational management including staff management of the teams in Schindellegi and Belgrade.

  • Ensuring a high level of service, compliance with internal guidelines and cost savings.

  • Preparation of reports, statistics and presentations.

  • Operational tasks such as flight bookings, ticketing and fulfillment with low priority.

  • Contract negotiations with airlines and other service providers.

  • Individually assigned special tasks and projects.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Work experience in Travel Management or Procurement mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and strong customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal and people handling skills to work well with different parties across the world

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other partners

  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to make decisions

  • Attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral. Business fluent German will be a plus.
