We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in the Transport industry. The position is based in SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, 60195-3176, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in pricing activities under the guidance of Senior Customer Representative

• Prepare and disseminate Fair and Exhibition shipments' documents to relevant units

• Promptly respond to all inquiries from customers and provide alternative solutions to existing issues

• Carry out invoicing transactions related to actualized services and payments with foreign offices and customers

• Maintain a consistent information flow about the operational process to other units

• Manage logistics related to events

• Compile necessary documents and perform data entry tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for various tasks

• Oversee the process of log shipping.

Requirements • Proficiency in Event Logistics, with the ability to plan and execute seamless transport operations for various events

• Strong grasp of general Logistics, including understanding of supply chain management and transport strategies

• Experience in Compiling Documents, demonstrating the ability to organize and manage necessary paperwork efficiently

• Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring accurate record keeping of all logistic details

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, used for tracking shipments, creating reports, and managing data

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for effective communication and coordination within the team and with external partners

• Experience in Log Shipping, demonstrating the ability to handle and track multiple shipments simultaneously.
