Aerotek Welding Supervisor in SAVAGE, Minnesota

Job Description

We are seeking a Welding Team Supervisor to oversee a team responsible for MIG and TIG welding on mild and stainless steel gauges ranging from 10-22. The primary focus will be booth welding with smaller, handheld parts, managing runs typically between 50-400 parts. This role involves both sitting and standing positions and offers a hands-on approach in the production of atmospheric burner tubes, pan burners, and related components such as manifolds, brass orifices, and venturi tubes.

Hard Skills

  • TIG welding

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in SAVAGE, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work environment features a large welding room with low ceilings, good lighting, and music. The space is temperature-controlled. The team consists of 10-12 people in a smaller, family-owned shop with an informal interview process and minimal bureaucracy.
