We hire caregivers to work in the private homes of our senior clients. Our clients live in part of Washington County, all of Dakota County, and part of Scott County. Our caregivers do the following things. Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their family Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation, and transportation Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
