Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Sausalito, California
Description We are offering a contract-to-permanent position for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in our Sausalito, California office. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of our accounting duties, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and budget preparation. You will also be responsible for office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of accounting from payroll to accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and manage budget and cash flow
• Handle reconciliation and management of bank and general ledger accounts
• Generate financial statements and reports for senior management
• Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly and yearly tax returns
• Execute the year-end closing process
• Develop and implement financial procedures and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees and address employee issues as they arise
• Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors
• Manage day-to-day office administration tasks for efficiency. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiar with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in Computerized Accounting System
• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Skilled in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to manage an Annual Budget
• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis
