Acara Solutions Executive Administrative Assistant in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota
Description Acara Solutions is looking for an Exective Assistant for our client located in Sauk Rapids, MN Perform specialized administrative support tasks of a non-routine nature; ie. Newsletter, Broadcast TV, Phone list, Front door Calendar management for Leadership Coordinate events for IPM sites: Culture Committee, All Hands meetings, Guests Assist is travel arrangements for site leaders and guests Assist in expense reporting for site leadership, site operations reporting Relieve the executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities May handle a wide variety of situations and concerns involving administrative function of the office Identify issues and recommend solutions to management Maintain confidential and time sensitive material Assist in project related work; PowerPoint, Excel, Vendor Relationships, Budgeting Work independently with minimal supervision; partnered closely with Human Resources and VP/General Manager Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - 5 or more years experience in Administrative duties Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of the company's policies, practices and procedures with the ability to work within parameters Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills Advanced MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to sit for prolonged periods, stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
