Kids Country is now hiring a part-time Float/Substitute Assistant Teacher. This position's primary hours will be Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule is flexible, with opportunities for more hours if desired. We are happy to work with candidates to create a schedule that can accommodate college classes and other work schedules.

Kids Country Child Care and Learning Center is a value-guided facility for children aged six weeks to eleven years. With separate classrooms, playgrounds, and programming for each age group, we ensure a personalized and enriching experience. Located on the scenic Country Manor Campus in Sartell, MN, our center boasts spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, providing ample opportunities for exploration and fun. Your Responsibilities:
Classroom Assistance: Assist in all classrooms, from infant through school age.
Student Preparation: Help students prepare for success in the future.

Homework Help: Provide assistance to students with their studies.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a child care center.
At least one year of full-time college credits in Education or a related field.
Outgoing personality and a passion for teaching.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and families.
Compassionate and caring with a love for children.
