Function : Managing end-to-end operational processes & budgeting, resolving issues, and enhancing performance of operation.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Budget management of DD (with 27 cost centers, 23 main budget items, 274 GL codes)
Monthly budget reporting to the Finance team & following Coupa orders and SAP report for actualizations.
Creating and following saving opportunities and reporting
Contract & Pega follow-up
Analyzing pain points and create solutions & leading digitalization projects with D&A team
Leading software projects
Managing relations with global and local stakeholders
Team management
Monitoring operational KPI’s to improve efficiency, define improvement areas, triggering action planning with both stakeholders.
Balance SC priorities with customer expectations and needs, enhancing SC responsiveness.
Carrying out inspections from a work safety perspective by conducting site visits at a regular basis.
Experiences & Qualifications
BSc. in Engineering
Excellence in both Turkish and English communication
Logistics and Budget reporting experience is preferable
Min. 3 years supply chain experience
Min. 1 year excellence experience
Expertise in communication skills as well as influencing & persuading
