Position is full-time hours, HYBRID schedule, with compensation flexible $75-85K depending on experience.

We are looking for a Systems Administrator who enjoys working independently and thrives in a project-led environment. In this role, you will manage our Workday System which includes security roles, business processes, system integrations, and implementation of new modules.
Top Skills/Experience Looking For:
Workday business processes, custom reports, and analytics/HR dept background is helpful
Provide end-user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Workday and its features
Lead system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Design and implementation of new functionality for Workday
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations and optimization
Manage Workday security configuration, business processes, and security administration.
Responsible for being knowledgeable regarding the Workday roadmap and upcoming product releases, reviewing release notes, assessing new features, understanding the impacts on business processes and basic changes in functionality
Monitor system performance, troubleshoots issues, and resolves problems related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and system integrations
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides
Monitor and track progress on Workday support tickets and collaborate and support functional leads with escalated issues
Troubleshoot complex issues or problems related to security and business process function regularly
Requirements
Qualifications:
4-year degree and 4+ years of related experience -OR- Master’s degree and 2+ years of related experience.
Experience may substitute for or related field, or strong equivalent work experience administering Workday including system-level security, business processes and configurations
Thorough and highly technical understanding of Workday Administration particularly regarding functional configuration, reporting, security and integration
Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness
Excellent communication and collaboration skills both oral and written
Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated and proven skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
Must be commutable distance to Sarasota, FL for Hybrid schedule -AND- work authorization for full-time hours on W2
