Shift: 1st shift (7am – 4pm)

Salary: $28-30 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Turf Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing turf maintenance equipment, ensuring that our customers receive reliable and efficient machinery to meet their turf care needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering superior service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on turf maintenance equipment, including mowers, sprayers, aerators, and utility vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify any potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance measures.
Keep accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment condition.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service requests, answer questions, and address any concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests.
