The HR Manager will be performing the Local Hr responsibilities for Sarasota, and might be required to support other sites virtually and with regular trips.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives

  • Understands plant immediate and long term needs

  • Define with Sr HRBP long and short term people strategy for the plant

  • Implement global HR programs locally

  • Lead initiatives that support collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity

  • Interpret and Apply Workforce Analytics & Insights to create local HR plans (including turnover, promotion, diversity)

  • Coach and develop mgrs. and leaders to expand their people management capabilities and practices

  • Guide and advise director, managers, supervisors and team leaders regarding talent issues

  • Build diversity and inclusion local strategy and plan

  • Conduct local TDR session, plan succession for managers and leaders, create talent pipeline, advise on development plan

  • Discuss local Org Design needs

  • Plans workforce along with mgrs.

  • Leads local change mgmt efforts

  • Champion culture

  • Proactively talk to employees, understand climate, anticipate and identify potential issues

  • Analyze engagement scores, conduct focus groups, ensure local leadership commitment and that improvement plan is implemented.

  • Approve social / engagement / celebration plan and takes part in the execution

  • Applies compensation guidance for local talent

  • Use communication to ensure the best climate / engagement (local communication channels / stimulate two-way communication)

  • Advocate and champion, the service delivery model within the business

  • Endorse effective adoption of HR processes, policies, and procedures and coach managers to drive adoption

  • Connects with HROC to inform consolidated issues and with COEs to translate needs

  • Brings local talent market perspective to regional HR

  • Mitigate organizational people risk and increase HR process adherence

  • Address Employee Relations

  • Crises management

  • Advise on compliance issues and investigate hotline cases.

  • Identify HR compliance risks and act with client team to minimize it

  • Manages and ensure HR practices as per Quality standards, including updated job description and other requirements

  • Perform transactional tasks related to the position

  • Support budget process for HR and people budget for the business

  • Manage positions and openings in the HRIS system, and open tickets as needed.

  • Generates an analyses people and Headcount report
