Overview
We are seeking for a dedicatedField Managerto join our window and door installation company. The ideal candidate will oversee the performance of service technicians and installers, utilizing specialized apps and programs for service management and scheduling.
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor the performance of service technicians and installers in the field.
Utilize software applications for service management, scheduling, and tracking technician activities.
Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and installations.
Conduct on-site inspections to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and mentorship to service technicians and installers to improve performance.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Manage inventory and equipment necessary for installations and service calls.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate project specifications and customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and technician performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of installation techniques and service procedures.
Proficiency in using software applications for service management and scheduling.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Problem-solving skills to address technical issues and customer concerns.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
