Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager. Customer Solutions Managers or CSMs engage directly with customers and help them realize the strategic and economic benefits of cloud adoption. A CSM has deep understanding of customer's strategic priorities and business objectives. Works with key stakeholders to define and execute complex, critical, or high-value journeys.

As a Sr CSMs you should have a strategic focus, yet retain an appropriate level of hands-on program management. You provide guidance on complex customer change-management opportunities and adoption efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic business and technical problems. You establish and regularly review business, performance, and operational metrics.

The successful candidate will:

o Remove roadblocks for the customer meanwhile actively managing results for the organization

o Understand customer's strategic goals and define how a plan to contribute to them

o Develop trust-based, long-term strategic relationships with customer executives

o Maintain an in-depth understanding of existing and developing cloud technologies

o Understand stages of cloud maturity in order to support customer across cloud adoption

o Possess experience in change and organizational management related to cloud adoption

o Work effectively with members of the sales, technical, and marketing teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience

  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent

  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
