Summary of Activities

This role effectively leads the implementation of QS45 Quality Standards in the Liquids area. Additionally, it contributes to business and plant results by ensuring the plant's robustness in terms of microbiology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of the Quality Standard C&S (QS 45) in the Liquids area.

  • Verify and monitor all C&S activities in Liquids, ensuring adherence to frequency and quality.

  • Support the Quality team in Internal and Corporate Audits.

  • Monitor key performance indicators of products, identify trends, and take preventive actions in partnership with Process Engineering and Operations Coordinator.

  • Support the quality team during the investigation process of non-conforming products.

  • Identify, develop, and implement improvements in C&S processes.

  • Monitor production, production processes, and material reception.

  • Support the Engineering Area in the implementation of new projects for the C&S area.

  • Develop validation protocols according to each process, review, and approve standard operating procedures.

  • Coordinate the implementation of C&S optimization with new chemical products.

  • Optimize chemical product consumption for C&S to minimize impact on VCC.

  • Conduct monthly meetings with the Global C&S team to discuss test results and align next steps.

  • Support the implementation of projects assigned to the Funding the Growth (FTG) area.

  • Perform other assigned functions related to the role.

  • Adhere to all Colgate policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering and Related Fields

  • Experience in sanitization processes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and SAP system

  • Ability in presentations

  • Advanced English

  • Desires experience in QS45 implementation
