Amazon Marketing Manager, Devices BR in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Description

We are looking for a strategic, creative marketing manager to build and execute the marketing efforts for Amazon Devices. This role will be responsible for Devices marketing programs, driving awareness and demand.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of digital and brand marketing. They are eager to roll up their sleeves to produce winning digital programs across channels across markets and channels such as social, search, display, influencer, and more.

The successful candidate possesses a strong bias for action and makes proactive strategic recommendations based on data and customer insights. They are technically savvy, innovative, analytical, collaborative, results-oriented and have expertise across consumer marketing space. You have in-depth knowledge and experience working on social and digital marketing.

In this role you will help to develop and execute marketing communications programs, including both online and offline brand content. You will also be responsible for operational marketing tasks, keeping in mind our needs, strategy and the overall customer experience. Your daily responsibility will include working closely with our agency and partners, and internal teams such as online marketing, categories and PR. In parallel, you will also utilize exceptional analytical and project management skills to help develop pre/post-campaign tests, as well as analyzing results and interpreting data afterwards.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
