Amazon Liquidation Program Manager, Supply Chain Excellence in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Description
Amazon.com.br is looking for a smart and driven Program Manager to join our Retail & Operations Initiatives team. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading negotiations for liquidations process for unsellable products. The Program Manager will also be responsible for improving recovery rate by expanding liquidation eligibility for Brazil and improving recovery rate for sellable and unsellable products. The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
Key job responsibilities
• Creating inventory policies for Brazil marketplace;
• Launch tools and scalable process for liquidations management;
• Benchmark other Amazon marketplaces for new systems and tools;
• Monitors Inventory levels for all Brazil categories;
• Effectively negotiate with liquidators to improve recovery rate;
• Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
• Lead Reverse logistics processes to reduce unsellable inventory and improve current systems.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Advanced Excel
Experience working with complex data sets
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
Experience with SQL
