Amazon Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise - LATAM in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven marketer responsible to drive field marketing activities for the Enterprise segment in LATAM. This role will implement field marketing activities, leveraging best practices and innovative programs to drive events attendance, leads, pipeline, acquire new customers, increase product adoption and expand awareness of AWS solutions to customers and prospects. The right candidate will understand enterprise accounts, specially at the financial services industry, and the personas within an enterprise, and be able to design an engagement strategy that includes multiple touchpoints across marketing programs.

This role work very closely with the Field Marketing team to support marketing objectives, as well as the Sales team.

The ideal candidate will take an analytical approach to problem solving and have a proven track record in building and executing strategic field marketing programs for every activity. This person will have experience working within cross-functional organizations to develop integrated marketing strategies that generate pipeline and deliver results.

Key job responsibilities

Create regional contents in alignment with the Global team.

Implement and measure field marketing activities and coordinate them to support teams in executing innovative programs to achieve LATAM goals.

This role will work directly with other marketing areas so teamwork skills are key. The right candidates must have strong experience in Marketing Planning and Execution.

Partner with Global digital team to ensure best practices and align Enterprise field needs to team goals.

Analyze the results of initiatives and drive improvements through scalable, efficient new processes to optimize our resources.

Review and proof read content for Enterprise segment marketing campaigns and initiatives in LATAM .

Develop ABM and Greenfiled strategic programs

About the team

The field marketing team is responsible for developing marketing strategies and execution to reach startups, small businesses, enterprise audiences and public sector across the geography of Latin America. Exposure and partnership with Sales teams and Leaderaship.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
