Opportunity Overview
Mobile Industrial Robots A/S (MiR), a Teradyne subsidiary, is a leading manufacturer of collaborative mobile robots.
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer with AMRs or AGVs experience, based in Brazil, with coverage responsibility along the Brazil & South America. Your primary areas of responsibility will be to support our customers and partners (Distributors, Integrators, and OEMs). Through the following essential job duties and responsibilities:
Be recognized as a subject matter expert.
Support existing customers and partners as they go through pre-sales and post-sales (Qualify project, plant assessment, successful robot demo, Proof of Concept, Integration, Training).
Competent to work independently with cross functional departments.
Responsible for project managing including the technical relationship with the assigned customer. The FAE should be the go-to person for customers’ technical contacts.
Responsible for handling the first level for all technical matters including product discussions, FA/debug, JIRA tracking/closure and project monitoring.
Work with firmware/system/ASIC engineers on resolving customer issues.
This position requires to travel & visits customers up to 50%
The ideal candidate must be based up to 100km from São Paulo

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Advance English level.
Minimum 3+ years of field support experience in AMRs, AGVs, or industrial automation.
Strong ability to comprehend technical discussion and writing notes/summary.
PC system architecture and Windows/Linux OS environment
Resume must be submitted in English
Preferred Job Requirements:
Experience in SSD system debugging and SSD firmware.
Intralogistics & WMS systems knowledge.

Must enjoy working with dynamic people and building client relationship
