What you will do
The Business Unit Finance Sr. Analyst (Marketing Control) will be responsible for supporting finance business partnering for Essential's Health categories (Baby, Oral Care, Fem Care and Contributes, which represents 60% of Brazil total NTS), providing the best-in-class business partnering, financial planning and management reporting for Marketing Team. This person will have significant interactions with FP&A, Regional Finance (NPI’s support) and Essentials Health Marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing and providing explanations of mains variances on closing process to Marketing Control leadership and FP&A
Actively participate on EH brands Squads as financial focal point to provide visibility on financials (act plan), build rolling forecast and plans (IBP cycle JU/NU/Mandala/FBP)
Support as finance point of contact on ad-hoc analysis/business case
Part of Squad of brands providing consolidated view and insights on financials of full category.
Support financial modelling for EH NPI´s
Support on special projects involving EH categories such as Go2Mkt reviews, business strategy change, etc).
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Experience with financial modelling and Financial Statements analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) is required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Microsoft Office required.
Advanced English is required.
Strong communications skills required in Portuguese and English (presentations, listening, written skills).
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Finance is required and experience with Business Support Finance will be a plus.
SAP or One Stream preferred.
Power BI / Tableau Solutions desired.
