General Motors Product Marketing Coordinator in Sao Caetano do Sul, Brazil

Job Description

Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU)

Role:

The Product Marketing Team works in an inclusive, respectful, challenging and exciting environment! We collaborate with the commercial team, dealer network, program teams, communication, training and many other areas, managing the product portfolio through a 360 degrees vision (mix, positioning, content, competition, etc). We participate in all stages of vehicle development, contributing to build the company's 0-0-0 vision of the future. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Develop both tactical and strategic plans to improve the product main KPIs throughout the lifecycle including new content, configurations, price, mix, volume, colors and special editions;

  • Define and lead the Go-to-Market plan for new launches to guarantee vehicle and consumer success;

  • Have a 360 view of product strategy (KPIs, Advertisement, Distribution, Price, Volume, Test drive, Training, Events, etc);

  • Represent Marketing in the Program Development forums along with cross-functional/technical areas providing voice of the costumer; market inputs; competition analysis and other relevant data to guarantee a winning product strategy;

  • Create insightful product briefings to brand content teams and partner agencies;

  • Collaborate in the development of long term and portfolio strategies along with Product Planning team;

  • Collaborate in thedevelopmentofmarketresearchesandad-hocstudieswithConsumer Insights team ;

  • Ensureproductstrategies are alignedwith Sales andDistributors (VehicleDealers)

  • Support all product communication with overall market including technical specification sheets, price lists, press releases, etc;

  • Support product experiences and events organization with Live Marketing and PR teams;

  • Develop and support product presentations and studies to C-Level executives;

  • Support and work collaboratively with other South America Product teams.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration or Engineering or related areas

  • Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Planning or Brand management roles

  • Languages: Fluent English (mandatory)

  • Critical Skills: Action Oriented; Customer Focus; Active Learning; Peer Relationships; Resilience; Project Management; Critical Thinking

What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)

  • MBA/Masters (strongly recommended)

  • Spanish knowledge (desirable)

  • Microsoft Office Advanced knowledge (strongly recommended)
