General Motors Líder de Grupo de Ergonomia - São Caetano do Sul in Sao Caetano do Sul, Brazil

Job Description

Presencial - Esta posição exige que o funcionário esteja no local em tempo integral:

  • Liderar equipe de ergonomia do Site;

  • Elaborar e Validar análise ergonômica do trabalho, em atendimento a NR-17 e NR-01

  • Realizar gerenciamento dos riscos ergonômicos.

  • Planejar e contribuir com ações para mitigação, redução e ou eliminação dos riscos ergonômicos.

  • Participar de reuniões relacionadas as alterações dos postos de trabalho (ergonomia de concepção e ou correção)

  • Atender a ergonomia participativa e aos treinamentos obrigatórios.

  • Participar de programas de inclusão.

  • Realizar as análises ergonômicas de Novos produtos, alterações de processo

  • Validação de sugestões de melhorias

  • Participação nos workshops de produtividade

  • Integração e atendimento as áreas de Engenharia, Medicina e Jurídico para as demandas do Site.

Additional Job Description

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias) :

  • Graduação completa em Fisioterapia e Pós-graduação em Ergonomia;

  • CREFITO ativo;

  • Experiência em gestão de equipes;

  • Conhecimento em processos e equipamentos de manufatura;

  • Conhecimento das Normas de Saúde e Segurança;

  • Conhecimento avançado em biomecânica e antropometria;

  • Conhecimentos avançados de produtividade, legislação trabalhista e orgãos internacionais de parâmetros ergonômicos;

  • Conhecimento em Ferramentas ergonômicas;

  • Disponibilidade de trabalhar em diferentes turnos (Como exceção, para quando tiver demanda especifica)

O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência):

  • Certificação OCRA e NIOSH by OCRA;

  • Inglês Intermediário;

  • Desejável experiência em ambiente produtivo / indústria automobilística.
