Job Description

A pessoa que ocupa a função deve ter uma compreensão completa dos princípios e conceitos básicos relacionados aos serviços de pessoas.

Entre suas principais funções estarão :

  • Atende empregados, ex-empregados e solicitações de áreas internas para dúvidas e solicitações relativas a Recursos Humanos (por telefone, chat, e-mail e portal);

  • Input e conferência de dados em sistemas de Recursos Humanos;

  • Acompanhamento de casos complexos, escalados para nível II;

  • Atualização da base de conhecimento

  • Atingir métricas estabelecidas globalmente - quantitativa e qualitativamente;

  • Identificar oportunidades nos processos e fluxos e buscar continuamente a melhoria contínua da operação.

Additional Job Description

Requisitos:

  • Curso superior completo ou em curso (finalizando);

  • Experiência anterior em atendimento (desejável);

  • Idiomas: inglês avançado (desejável) e espanhol (desejável);

  • Pacote Office intermediário.

Competências:

  • Perfil analítico/ muito atento a detalhes;

  • Hábil comunicador - para atendimento;

  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e multitarefa;

  • Habilidade de digitação durante atendimento;

  • Trabalho em time;

  • Foco no Cliente - atuar para solucionar e direcionar as dúvidas complexas;

  • Orientado para resultados e alta produtividade.
