Job Description
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Generates documentation of manufacturing processes (drawings and tool sheet).
Support and/or participate on Continuous Improvement Activities such as: Kaizen, Ideas Programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our processes or practices aligned to achieve or business goals and/objectives.
Promote risk prevention/assessment and process attachment.
Assume and motivate responsibility and accountability across the organization related with quality management system effectiveness.
Any other activity that your immediate supervisor designates.

Studying Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
