Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement bidding strategies to successfully compete in the market

• Lead a team of bid analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the bidding process

• Work closely with colleagues within the company to establish bid necessities and guarantee the precise and timely preparation of all essential documents.

• Conduct detailed analysis of bid opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis, to inform bidding strategies

• Be responsible for the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements

• Continuously assess and improve the bidding process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience proven through relevant work history.

• Validated experience in bid management or a similar role

• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry

• Validated experience with Mercado Público, Chile Compra & Convenio Marco (Exclusive)

• Knowledge of public procurement law

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting where meeting timelines is critical.

• Required Habilites: leadership capabilities, autonomy, social skills, proactivity and strategic vision.

• Intermediate English

• Desirable: knowledge in Healthcare's Business intelligence software (such as Falconsoft or Masnet).
