Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

Join Our Team as a Quality Technician!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20-$30/hr.

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for precision? We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

  • *Hands-On Inspections:* Conduct visual inspections and use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauge pins to measure parts.

  • *Diverse Product Range:* Inspect a variety of parts for medical procedures such as bypass surgery, back surgery, and catheters.

  • *Cleanroom Environment:* Work in a cleanroom setting with provided non-shedding attire, ensuring a contamination-free workspace.

    • Collaborative Tasks:* Assist with validation, PPAP tasks, and report writing.
  • Dimensional Layouts: Perform dimensional layouts using hand-measurement tools and CMM.

  • Blueprint Reviews: Conduct print reviews for new or revised products.

  • Data Analysis: T abulate sample data and assist in compiling technical reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.

  • Process Improvement: Create and update process flow diagrams, PFMEA, and control plans.

  • Support Activities: Collect and analyze product data, support corrective actions, and provide back-up for Receiving and Final Inspection.

**Requirements** :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in reading prints and using measuring devices.

  • Ability to carry cartons weighing 20-25 lbs. occasionally.

  • Experience running measurement systems

  • Recording data

  • Analyzing measurement data

  • Performing first article inspection reports

  • Providing validation reports

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment in a QA role

  • 2-3 years of experience in Blueprint reading

  • Experience with CMM and/or GD&T

  • Experience with measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, gauge pins
