Description
Job Title: Business Solutions Architect
Salary Range: $85K - $100K
Work Schedule:
Onsite: 2 days per week
Remote: 3 days per week
Core Hours: 9 am – 5:30 pm
Requirements

2+ years of experience with Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar applications.
Familiarity with any scripting language such as JavaScript or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities and Skills:
Identify operational challenges and develop potential solutions.
Architect and implement cross-functional workflows and automations using tools like Airtable scripting (JavaScript), Slack custom functions (TypeScript), Zapier, Make, and Teamwork.
Build, maintain, and audit integrated databases and corresponding automations.
Document and update processes and procedures using tools like LucidChart and Guru.
Maintain procedural automations and documentation, ensuring company-wide adoption by creating and implementing training and knowledge reminders.
Grant and document system permissions.
Perform regular system audits and track results.
Optimize file structuring, metadata, and search functionality within file servers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to both take and give constructive feedback.
Knowledge of JavaScript is a bonus.
Basic understanding of webhooks and API architecture.
Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier and Make.
Experience with LucidChart or similar workflow diagramming software.
Exposure to metadata and electronic file management.
