As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging
procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an
in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology,
pharmacology and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques
would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced
imaging applications:
MR Angiography (MRA) - cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR ,and or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI , ASL
MR Spectroscopy (MRS) - Brain, or Breast, or Prostate
MR Enterography, MR Defecography and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coil
Interventional MR - MR Guided fine needle breast and or prostate biopsies.
Functional MR (fMRI) - Brain
Therapeutic MR (HiFu) - Fibroid tumors

standards required for a senior position, you may be considered for a Staff/Jr.
MRI Technologist position.*
Salary Range: $49.73 - $68.86 Hourly
Qualifications

3 years MRI Experience - required
Licenses
ARRT and CRT - required. MR certificate required
OR
ARRT and ARMRIT (MR) - required
Venipuncture certificate - required
BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required
Graduate from a AMA Radiologic Technologist Program - required
AA or BS - preferred
Siemens experience - preferred
Demonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required producing optimal diagnostic images.
Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
