This role will support the legal team that advises AWS technology organizations dedicated to engineering, supply chain, and security of infrastructure.

Key job responsibilities
Apply project-management best practices to make our team and processes more efficient
Build out, improve on, and simplify processes and mechanisms
Develop, implement and scale compliance programs
Launch new processes and tools in partnership with other teams
Create knowledge-sharing mechanisms for our legal teams and business clients
Advise and implement process improvements and simplifications
Conduct data reporting and analysis
Create centralized learning resources for attorneys, legal professionals and business clients
Develop and implement a systematic approach to working with stakeholders (business clients, internal tech teams, and other legal teams)
Develop and deliver internal legal goals
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with legal, compliance or regulatory teams
Experience working with contracting workflows, systems or tools
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
