ReadyWork Inc Quality Control Associate in Santa Maria, California
ReadyWorkIncis seeking a skilled Quality Control Assistant for a Manufacturing company in Santa Maria! The ideal candidate will oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The schedule willMonday - Fridayyou must be available to work overtime and weekends. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing company a plus.
Duties:
Analyze product samples using measuring tools
Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with regulations and CGMP standards
Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Exel and Microsoft Word.
Strong knowledge of regulations, CGMP standards, and quality management principles
Proficiency in using measuring tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
