Overview
Foundation Physicians Medical Group (FPMG) , a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add Radiologists to live/work in the beautiful coastal city of Santa Cruz, CA .
Opportunity Highlights:
Full complement of specialties CT/MR/PET/US/X-ray
Must be comfortable reading Head CT
No mammography
Merge PACS and PS 360
Expanding radiology service

Light shared call w/ after hours coverage
Package includes:
Highly competitive compensation ($500-$600k) with signing bonus and moving allowance

Responsibilities
Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Fellowship training desirable
Pay Range
$228.00 - $288.00 /hour
