CNC LATHE MACHINIST
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machine
- Verify machine settings prior to operation
- Maintain specifications according to customer or company work instructions
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions,
- irregularities and continuing needs
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Operate equipment according to safety standards
CNC MILL OPERATOR
- Set up and operate CNC mill machine
- Perform all types of drilling, tapping and milling
- Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and / or verbal instructions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Operate equipment according to safety standards
CNC CUTTER GRINDER OPERATOR
- Set up and operate CNC cutter grinder
- Maintain machine uptime throughout entire shift
- Load cutters into pallet for grinding
- Sort and organize cutters according size and type
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Operate equipment according to safety standards
SKILLS
- Experience with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials preferred
- Experience machining high-temp, exotic alloys
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints; or a willingness to learn
- Adaptable to working in a team or individual, minimally supervised setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, positive, team-player approach to work and projects alike
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of experience preferred for CNC Lathe Machinists
- 1+ years of experience preferred for CNC Mill Operators
- Students currently enrolled in a machining program are highly encouraged to apply
