JOB DESCRIPTION

We provide upscale waxing at an affordable price. We’re in the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin, and with your help, you’ll give guest a reason to walk in, and strut out. The ideal candidate would be looking to be apart of a growing team, love to engage with people, comfortable in a fun, fast-paced environment, looking for a flexible schedule, and LOVE to wax! Sales experience preferred but not required.
As a WAX SPECIALIST you must have a California ESTHETICIAN/COSMETOLOGY license. We will train you on all services- including: Brazilian waxing, brow waxing, body waxing, facial hair waxing, fast facials and all men services!

Responsibilities
Providing the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude with each and every guest
Educating all guests on EWC’s 4 Steps to Gorgeous Process™ and the importance of consistency
Utilizing our in-center promotions and exclusive product portfolio to teach guests how to care for their skin
Partnering with the front desk and utilizing EWC terminology/scripts to create a memorable and consistent guest experience
always Maintaining a thoroughly clean wax suite and adhering to all state, county, and federal sanitation and health guidelines
Meeting or exceeding center and individual goals as determined by Center Manager
Adhering to the schedule assigned by management per your availability and to the reservation book maintained by the front desk
Finding coverage to ensure as few guests as possible are impacted by time off requests
Arriving to work on time and in appropriate dress code
Keeping open communication with the management team to stay on top of current promotions and center needs
