Nvidia System Product Engineer in Santa Clara, California

We are now looking for a System Product Engineer to manage Datacenter product testers. You will be joining the Product Engineering team that architects solutions for Datacenter system products at NVIDIA!
What you'll be doing:
We partner with internal teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for Data Center products.
Setup, validate and support rack level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and 3rd party test sites.
Coordinate test facility design and development with efficient air and liquid cooling setup.
Manage test facility meaningful metrics.
Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites.
Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components. Identify the failure root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto.
Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely report and material management.
Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
Regular tester and test facility status reporting and improvement recommendations to management.
What we need to see:
8+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products validation.
BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system.
Background in production test setup including failure analysis, problem solving and ECOs.
Experience crafting, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers.
Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies and systems
Knowledge of facility cooling design and management. Liquid cooling knowledge is big bonus.
Understanding of communication protocols: PCIE, I2C, OSFP
Knowledge of mechanical and thermal tolerancing

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
