Your Career

Within the Strategic Analytics team the Sr. Analyst, GTM Analytics will have a fundamental role in understanding multiple facets of data within the business and leveraging it to partner with Sale to drive key business insights and business growth. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent quantitative skills, a passion for advanced data analytics & automation, can tell a story through data & visualization , and a team-player with a collaborative mindset.

Your Impact

  • Become an expert in how to look at and analyze the company’s customers, pipeline and products to answer key questions and investigate complex business questions

  • Support development, automation and enablement of key KPIs related to customer segmentation, rep performance and retention and forecasting

  • Drive the business forward by delivering high quality visualizations around key business metrics

  • Continue to progress data quality efforts within enterprise systems such as Salesforce.com and other tools to ensure all users are accessing accurate and timely data

  • Ongoing ad hoc analysis of business performance, pipeline, customer segments, and rep performance

Your Experience

  • BA/BS in Business Statistics, Analytics, Finance or equivalent fields

  • 4+ years of related experience in high growth companies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce.com and TableauCRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) a plus

  • Strong business and analytical skills with the ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into useful formats and actionable insights

  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives alike

  • Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments
