As a Short-Term Soldering Technician, you'll work on a project for a top security and surveillance company in Santa Clara. You will assemble, repair, and adjust electronic parts and wiring using careful soldering skills. What We Need From You:

  • Attention to Detail: You need to be careful and precise with your work.

  • Basic Tools Knowledge: You should be familiar with simple hand tools like screwdrivers and pliers.

  • Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience, but 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Soldering Connectors: You will work things like mil-spec connectors, using soldering tools to attach them to circuit boards. This helps our electronics function properly.

  • Crimping Wires: You'll use hand tools to crimp wires onto connectors, ensuring everything is secure.

  • Light Assembly: You'll assemble small electronic parts using basic hand tools like screwdrivers and pliers.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • standing for 8 hours at one time

  • working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

  • Soldering (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Inspecting

  • Assembly (1 year of experience is preferred)
