Smartsens Inc. Senior Analog Design Engineer in Santa Clara, California
[[[JOB DESCRIPTION: - Conduct detailed transistor level integrated circuits design of low noise analog and mixed signal, including: DAC, Bandgap reference, Row Driver, Reference voltage generator, and Ramp Generator. - Perform high voltage transistor level integrated circuits analog block design, including: Positive charge pump, Negative charge pump, LDO etc. - Perform the whole chip simulation along with the block level, transistor level schematic simulations. - Perform the block level and transistor level layout design and optimization of sensor array readout circuits using CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre. - Collaborate with verification, process, test, and application engineers to characterize and optimize performance of fabricated image sensors and successfully bring new products from initial concept through release. - Research new circuit technology and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Job requires Masters in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering. 3 years experience. Must be able to perform job tasks, including having knowledge of transistor level integrated circuits.
