Description

The Director, Worldwide Partner Programs, Global System Integrators will oversee the development, delivery and day-to-day execution of our Global Innovator Path. This role is responsible for optimizing global system integrator engagement and driving growth with innovative incentives and flexible processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Worldwide Partner Programs, you will manage a team, lead cross-functional initiatives, and design program elements that align with evolving market needs.

Your Impact

  • Lead Strategic Programs: Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of partner program initiatives for global system integrators ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a worldwide team of program managers, providing guidance, setting priorities, and driving execution against key goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, operations, and IT to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables for strategic initiatives.

  • Program Efficiency and Scale: Develop and monitor KPIs for partner performance (bookings, pipeline, new customer acquisition) while optimizing processes and automating systems to deliver a seamless partner experience.

  • Partner Enablement: Drive internal and external enablement initiatives, ensuring partners and field teams are fully equipped to leverage and promote the program’s offerings.

  • Content and Communication Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of key program materials (guides, presentations, infographics) while collaborating with the Partner Experience team to maintain up-to-date resources.

  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to program requirements, collaborating with sales operations and compliance teams to maintain best practices and program integrity.

  • 5+ years of partner, channel, or sales program experience.

  • Experience managing and leading worldwide teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of channel go-to-market strategies, with experience working with global systems integrators.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate to drive results.

  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results.

  • Ability to travel as required.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $194000 - $266500/yr.
