Nvidia ASIC Design Engineer, Video in Santa Clara, California

This specific role will be part of a front-end multi-media IP team responsible for developing SoC’s.
What you will be doing:
Participate and help drive the development of NVIDIA multi-media IP designs and SoCs with emphasis on first pass success
Collaborate and partner with RTL design engineers, IP architects, and other verification engineers to formalize product features
Verify IP's using System Verilog and UVM
Develop and implement methodologies for full SoC verification for simulation, prototype systems, and silicon
Architect and build verification architecture and associated documents
Develop simulation models
You will craft pseudo-random verification environment, testbenches and testplans
Test and coverage point development
Functional and code coverage tracking and closure
Advance the team’s verification techniques and methodology
What we need to see:
BS/MS Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of proven experience
Expertise in verifying sophisticated IP's with System Verilog
Programming and scripting experience with C, Perl, and Python
Excellent written, verbal and technical communication skills
Demonstrate use of out-of-box thinking for creative solutions to highly ticky problems

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 201,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
