In this critical role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll wear many hats, providing comprehensive administrative and legal support.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Organization Rockstar:

  • Manage and maintain filing systems to ensure legal compliance and easy access to information.

  • Master scheduling and calendar management for maximum efficiency.

  • Organize and track documents to keep projects on track.

  • Communication Champion:

  • Answer phones and emails professionally, managing incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.

  • Craft clear and concise correspondence (letters, emails) as needed.

  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:

  • Assist team members with various tasks, anticipating their needs and offering proactive support.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.

  • Data & Reporting Whiz:

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Confidentiality is Key:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you'll possess:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Bonus points for:

  • Paralegal experience (not required)

  • Experience with legal software

  • Legal research experience

    Requirements • Proficiency in Back Office Support functions

• Demonstrated ability in managing office administrative tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Competence in using office software including MS Office Suite

• Experience in customer service-oriented roles

• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications a plus

• Knowledge in record keeping and filing systems

• Proven problem-solving abilities.
