Kelly Services Line Operator in Sanford, North Carolina

Current Opportunity Details:

  • 1 st shift 7am-3pm $15.50/hr

  • 2nd shift 3pm-11pm $16.00/hr

  • 3rd shift 11pm-7am $17.00/hr

  • Mandatory overtime when needed

Job Responsibilities:

  • Start and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Train new team members as to the safety rules.

  • Conduct in process quality checks.

  • Perform all basic operations needed with equipment and manual processes to have line properly running according to standards.

  • Perform regular data reporting.

  • Participate in the changeover of the line.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting on the line during production.

Candidate Qualification:

  • High School diploma and 2 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition).

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
