Kelly Services Line Operator in Sanford, North Carolina

Current Opportunity Details:
1 st shift 7am-3pm $15.50/hr
2nd shift 3pm-11pm $16.00/hr
3rd shift 11pm-7am $17.00/hr
Mandatory overtime when needed
Job Responsibilities:
Start and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Train new team members as to the safety rules.
Conduct in process quality checks.
Perform all basic operations needed with equipment and manual processes to have line properly running according to standards.
Perform regular data reporting.
Participate in the changeover of the line.
Perform basic troubleshooting on the line during production.
Candidate Qualification:
High School diploma and 2 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
