Pay: $70k-75k per year, depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift
Assignment Length: Direct-hire

Duties:
• Leading a team of customer service representatives
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
• Training associates on company policies and procedures
• Developing new and improving existing work practices
• Ensuring proper utilization and recommending improvements of ERP and CRM applications
• Working with sales and operations personnel to improve customer experience
• Leading trainings on product updates, customer solutions and operational support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of customer service and 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Epicor and Salesforce CPQ
