TEKsystems Sr. Product Designer - Financial Experience (FinTech) in Sandy Springs, Georgia
Job Description:
UX/UI designer is responsible for creating visual elements, such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation systems. Common tasks include the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.

Financial services experience
Day to Day:
o Able to work with and provide web developers with cross-browser-compliant HTML, CSS code and examples.
o Able to translate product requirements into highly usable web applications.
o Provide technical design recommendations for HTML and CSS-based web applications.
o Monitor web traffic and optimize page performance.
o Plan and execute usability tests to validate design choices
o Provide actionable design recommendations based on best practices.
o Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate proposed changes.
o Proficiency in Web development best practices including understanding and developing HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
o Able to work with Image authoring tools and perform small adjustments on images (eg. resizing and cropping)
o Facilitate workshops and design sprints.
o Strong communication and presentation skills.
Additional Skills:
1) Experience in Discovery. (researching, prototyping, creating presentations, customer journey mapping, static wireframes, mockups, task flows, and other deliverables.)
2) Must have a clean looking portfolio that shows design process/skills/creative thinking and shows the problem and solution.
- portfolio must have a mix of things. It must show their UX research work (lots of content/writing in this section) as well as prototypes, wireframes, etc., along with the end result
3) Native App + Web Design experience
