As a global leader in technology and engineering, this facility is seeking a highly skilled part-time Administrative Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Sandusky, MI. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in providing clerical support, assisting with special projects, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Job Description:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Prepare and manage Google Forms for internal use.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company luncheons and events.
  • Help management with various special projects as they arise across multiple departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and communication logs.
  • Provide administrative support to Manufacturing, EHS, HR, and Materials departments as needed.
  • Assist with managing schedules and calendars for team members.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned to support the organization.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, document preparation, and email correspondence.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on special projects.
  • Punctuality, positivity, team player attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening
  • Must own a pair of steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
