Job Description:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and manage Google Forms for internal use.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company luncheons and events.
- Help management with various special projects as they arise across multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and communication logs.
- Provide administrative support to Manufacturing, EHS, HR, and Materials departments as needed.
- Assist with managing schedules and calendars for team members.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned to support the organization.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, document preparation, and email correspondence.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on special projects.
- Punctuality, positivity, team player attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening
- Must own a pair of steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
