Curriculum Admin Assistant / Federal Programs Admin Assistant - District Office (full-time benefits)Provides administrative support for district curriculum goals, instructional material needs, and organization of professional development. Supports K-12 staff and instructional coaches with materials, licensing, and professional development (PD) needs. Maintains accurate records and budgets for teaching and learning, curriculum, professional development, 21st CCLC Programs, and Homeschool Academy.Provides administrative support for the Director of Special Services and Federal Programs. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing Federal Programs documentation, data collection, state reporting, professional development, and clerical needs. Starting pay range for this position for the 2024-2025 school year is $19.12 - 24.22/hour, based on applicable experience.LPOSD is well supported by the community. Documentation of minimum qualifications must be provided in your application materials. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Degree or Technical Certification preferred)
Five years of work experience in an office setting
Working knowledge of accounting software, Google Suite, Google Sheets or Excel
Warehouse/inventory experience preferred
Office/customer service experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Independent worker who takes initiative
Ability to manage several projects at a time
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Collaborative and team player
